The network monitoring piece of our service consists of special CSU/DSUs placed at each location of the WAN. Our monitoring servers then poll these devices every night to get statistical information on your network. This information is then used to provide you with reports showing the overall condition of the WAN. Reports include Service Level Agreement (SLA) verification, exception-based, and point-to-point performance monitoring. These reports are then posted on Tritel's secure web site allowing executives or technical staff to view them when it's convenient.
The information gathered from Tritel's network monitoring can be used to verify telco SLAs, troubleshoot problems, prevent outages, or plan for network upgrades. This information also eliminates the guesswork by your provider regarding PVC speeds and CIR rates.
