Theapplication is supplied to your desktop ready implemented and upgrades are applied when they become available. The increasing use of templates means that some applications can be deployed more rapidly than ever before. Alternatively, many applications are available for custom-made tailoring to suit your specific needs.

Applications Hosting
Theapplications are hosted on servers housed in our data center with 24-hour security, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), air conditioning, state-of-the-art fire and flood protection and resilient communications links.
Network Provision
Tritelhas partnered with Industry Leaders Sprint and Southwestern Bell in order to provide VPN connectivity between your locations and our data center. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide and support a dedicated network connection.
On-going Support
Users'queries or problems can be logged with Tritel's Support Center by telephone or via their Internet connection. Users will then be contacted by our support staff who can take control of the application remotely or, where necessary, arrange for the intervention of on-site support staff. We can provide support in all the major languages.
Service Level Agreement
Onceyour service requirements are agreed with you, we present a clearly defined and measurable service level agreement. Regular reports make it easy for you to monitor performance levels.
Desktop Management
Asa natural extension to ASP, Tritel can also manage the whole desktop environment at your site, including the supply, configuration, installation and support of the desktop hardware - all on a price per user per month basis.
